Riley even answered a question I had after I got home and after the dealership was closed, and also clarified the answer with his supervisor so he could give me the best most informed answer. Riley understood my needs and was quick to accommodate me with whatever I wanted, even if it were not buying the vehicle at all. His demeanor quickly put me at ease as his approach was not pushy but very relaxed, which was refreshing. He was very easy to talk to and down to earth, engaging and even provided some personal information about himself. ![]() He did not approach me in the typical salesmanship fashion one sees at a car dealership. The salesman Riley is how all salesmen should be. I must say that my experience at Global Auto Mall (Jeep) was absolutely wonderful.
